"The end is only the beginning"


The scariest thought to me growing up was where am I going after I die. I was a 7 year old kid sitting on a hill at 2 in the morning crying my eyes out, because of fear of whats after life. Whats after this. I am going to grow old and i am going to sleep one day and never wake up its just going to be darkness and that's it. Will this thought ever go away can't i live life and then when i die it wont be over.

How do I enjoy life when all I have to look forward to is death. living life for my first 11 years this way was not fun. It was full of worrying and that lead to doing things i regret. And you start thinking like oh I am going to die anyway so this one thing wont hurt and this drink wont kill me. That is how I thought.

Until one day at this youth group I went to the pastor said that I can have eternal life after death and i thought he was crazy because how do you live after you die. I mean your dead its not like you are going to get up and start walking right. He told me know your body will stay dead and rot but your soul will rise and be with God.

What is this guy talking about?

He was talking about a life beyond everything. I felt love. I felt hope. In that moment I felt LIFE. PURPOSE. DESTINY. I was finally gripping on what we were here for and what we are suppose to do. Life isn't about doing all what we want. getting a house. a car. and then settle. We are on this earth to point people to the light not to walk away from it. Be that light because that is why we are here.

Do not worry what is going to happen after death for we will be with God and we will have eternal life in him. Live this life for him and not for ourselves.

So when your gasping for your last breath of air. Do not worry for you will be in heaven in that moment. It is never over with God.

No more wondering for here is the answer

which side do you want to have
eternal punishment or eternal life you decide?

Its your life you choose for God is not going to choose for you.

Love in a Relationship

"A life without love is like a life without air"

Think back. When the first time you heard the phrase "i love you." When was the last time that you really meant it I should say. Or have you meant it. Today people say I love you within like a week of a relationship...How do you know you love that person already when you are still getting to know each other. Love is the biggest emotion we have. What also falls under love is compassion and mercy. Which is your whole heart. Is your heart full? Does it have compassion and mercy?
Ok lets talk relationships. A relationship to me is something deeper than an I love you...Deeper than the feeling you get when you look into her eyes and realize there is something special about that girl. To me when you love someone you ask if its alright from the "parents". I am not talking about your birth mom and dad. I am talking about God.. I know what your saying how could you ask him if its ok and know its from him. Well let me ask you this, can you focus more on him with her or without her? That is the question you should answer to yourself.
My first relationship I was in, I would hardly call a relationship for one i barely knew what one was and two I had no idea what love was.
You could talk on this topic for awhile because it is a subject that people have many opinions on like I know I love him or her.. But do we really know what love, true love is. If we do not have jesus who's two most important commandments in the bible were about love. How would we know how to love. I have found the girl god wants me to share my life with. It took me two months to tell this beautiful girl I loved her. I didn't rush....i was patient....and God leaned over touched my shoulder and said this: "Michael, you see her, you see that girl over there. She loves me very much and her heart is unique and genuine. She strives to reach people and bring people to me. Michael that is the girl I want you to have." She has been the greatest blessing in my entire life and nothing will ever stop me from loving her.
I did not fall in love with her for her looks for she is very beautiful. I did not fall in love with her for her personality or her smile even though her smile made me blush. I fell in love with her for her HEART..the heart that God made. I love her for when I look into her I eyes I see her heart....I see God.
This is what I am talking about...Have a guarded heart do not rush into something you are not sure of..do not say I love you after one week because you still do not fully know each other and do not think you do. Find that person that makes you dig deep within yourself and makes you want to be better. Make sure she has a heart that God has prepared just for you.

Love is a strong word so use it with care....

L.O.V.E

"Love is the freedom of the heart..do not abuse it"

This is probably the most tender subject for me to talk about. This is going to be personal I will hold nothing back.

I loved my dad and he is gone now, so does love leave, is love only temporary or is it something that will last forever. I was abused and told I was nothing countless times, so if I act out will people love me. I sit alone, no one sees me, they just walk by, why doesn't anyone love me. Is there anyone out there for me. Is anyone listening. I am screaming inside but no one cares. Maybe if I just sit in my room and look at bad things that will help me feel love. Is this love, just physical stuff, no it can't be. I do not know where to find love, someone please help me. PLEASE can anyone hear me. This one last drink maybe this will make me feel better. Maybe it will take the pain away. I need something, I am tearing myself inside out. SOMEBODY LISTEN TO ME. I NEED SOMETHING. ANYBODY PLEASE. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My desperate search for the meaning of love. My cry out for love. We all have it. This was me. This is what was going on deep inside me. A young teenager searching for love in all the wrong places.

I can tell you this love can be miss used and miss presented in so many ways among today's society. Like a guy telling a girl I love you just to use her. Do people really understand love, well they may think they do. But do they understand true love. The love that the heart really wants and needs to be happy.
so what is love?

I can tell you this I have found love. I finally know what TRUE LOVE is. It is God. The true love that only God can provide. No missing pieces in my heart. Once i accepted the fact that God is love. MY HEART WAS FULL. It will never be empty again. So do you feel love or do you feel that temporary emotion that your full of love for a second and it goes right away.

We search for this thing called love. Well the search is over. For we have had this love all along. Do not be blind to it anymore open your eyes. God has been here the whole time waving his arms to get your attention, reaching out for you, loving you, Its time to accept his love that he offers you.

How can we not love a man who has loved us so much and gave his son to die a sinners death upon a cross. Beaten. Flogged. Humiliated. Nailed. All he wanted was for us to love him. For he loved us so much that he gave his life for us to be free.

Why would he die for us. We live our life not caring and unknowing of what this man, Jesus, did for us. Is it that we rather not know? Is it that we do not care?

Jesus, Our Father, his spirit. That's true love, that's care, so why look in empty places when his love is in plain site for us to have. True love is right in front of us.

1 Corinthians 13
Love
1If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.

4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8Love never fails....


This is what love is and this is how God describes it.

When you have a love based on faith, a love based on him, you will never be empty again for he loves you far greater than anybody ever could. This is love. The man who died on the cross. The man who died in our place. This man they call Jesus.

How will you respond to his love, will you seek after it or walk away.

He loves you. He wants you to love him back. He is reaching out for you. He will pick you up. Just lift your hands and call for him.

YELL THIS..... JESUS I NEED YOU....I AM READY. I KNOW YOU LOVE ME AND YOU DIED FOR ME THANK YOU..... AND I AM READY TO LOVE YOU BACK. HELP ME UP FOR I AM READY TO STAND AND PICK OTHERS UP. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH..THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOVE..I AM DONE SEARCHING FOR HAVE I FOUND IT. I KNOW YOU WILL NEVER LEAVE...YOU WERE AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN NEXT TO ME....I LOVE YOU... AMEN

how much are we worth?

"Our worth will last forever and a day in Christ"

I have struggled with self worth throughout my life. How much do people really care about me or is anyone out there even listening. Or would the world even care if I died. These things clouded my mind for years and years. I never thought I was worth more than the flower that is beautiful one day and gone the next. So i bring up the question How much are we worth?

Being abused most of my life, being pushed on the ground, hit, and being verbally abused saying I was nothing and would never amount to anything made me think i wasn't worth a lot but realizing what it was preparing me for made me worth a lot to the body of Christ, maybe not to the world but to God and that is more important to me than anything. Now I am able to talk about it now and help others who are going through the same thing in their own lives and that makes me worth so much to my creator (we are sweetly broken). My purpose..my worth are what we make and how big we decide it to be. I do not know about you but my purpose is to build up Christians and to reach the unreached. This should be the purpose of every believer. What is your purpose? (future blog topic)

To God we are worth everything...no matter who you are or where you are. Our worth is not of this world but in our lord God. You might have times where you feel you aren't unique or worth anything. But you have to realize we all have a gift or a passion given to us by God that no one else may have and that means we are worth more than we think. We all contribute to the body of Christ. We are expensive in his eyes. We need to throw out any kind of self doubt in our minds that we are worth nothing. BECAUSE WE ARE WORTH SO MUCH. I do not know how many times I can tell you but we are the most priceless possession to our heavenly father.

Now its your turn, you are worth so much to God and his kingdom, all it takes is one voice to start a revolution. Doesn't matter who you are or how important you are. If your the president of the world or just a person walking a long a street. We are all worth so much. We are priceless.

How much are we worth in this world? How valuable is our one voice in this world of over 6 billion? Things that go through our mind when something bad happens like who really cares or will anyone even help me through this time. Now answer this question sit back and tell yourself...I am worth something and I am the one Jesus died for. If a man was willing to die for me. I must be "worth" something.

Close your eyes...
envision yourself as the most important creation on this planet....and be what God created you to be.

Change lives. Be the change. You are worth everything.



Here is a passage from Isaiah "The Future Redeemer"

1 Listen to me, all you in distant lands!
Pay attention, you who are far away!
The Lord called me before my birth;
from within the womb he called me by name.
2 He made my words of judgment as sharp as a sword.
He has hidden me in the shadow of his hand.
I am like a sharp arrow in his quiver.

and you will bring me glory.”

I have spent my strength for nothing and to no purpose.
Yet I leave it all in the Lord’s hand;
I will trust God for my reward.”

This passage touched me because we are being told what were created to be..even though there may not be an earthy reward for some things we do, our lord is pleased with us..we will be rejected by people but don't let this damage your worth for our worth is in our heavenly father.


This is you....This is who we are...the future redeemers of this world..knitted in the womb individually...We are made to be something incredible...A movement...its up to us to believe this and live it out.


Our life. Our worth. Our uniqueness resides in our heavenly father So how much do want to be worth?

past is a past

This is going to be my first post I'm excited.

YOUR PAST MAKES YOU. AND YOUR FUTURE DEFINES YOU.

I will start off telling you about things that went on in my past. I didn't grow up in a christian home and i grew up with a lot of bad influences. By the time I was 10 years old I was drinking, stealing, using foul language, and not listening to authority. I was abused physically and verbally in my past. I have been homeless and i have lived in 9 different homes and apartments. Growing up I didn't know what love was because i had never seen it. My dad died when I was 14 and I have also lost other family and friends to death. I have been over-weight had low self-esteem and hated myself.
That's a brief part of my past. I know what your thinking after reading that, wow why does this kid believe in God now. well its because I learned where the real true love was, it was in God. I have learned to forgive myself for past things and let things go. I had to realize that even though those things happened that is not who i am. You have to realize things will happen and you shouldn't beat yourself up over those things. They will bring you down and make you depressed. I live by this quote "your past makes you but your future defines you". Do not view every bad thing that happened in your past as a bad thing for it has molded you into a person that is going to reach someone or even a group of people. Use that blessing in disguise to help that person that is going through the same thing that you were going through.

Has something happened to you that you cant explain or you wished would have never happen. Well welcome to the world because you are not alone. I didn't know why I had to be abused, I didn't know why my dad had to die when I barely knew him, and i don't know why my life had to happened the way it did but if it hadn't happened the way it did I wouldn't be the man I am today and that is a follower of God. God has blessed me with a testimony to help people know how to handle obstacles in there lives. He has molded me into something awesome.


You know what he has molded you into something awesome as well you just have to forgive yourself of your past and let God work FULLY in your heart and work though you. Use your testimony and speak up, let your voice be heard for you are the voice of God to his people.

So repeat after me: MY PAST IS NOT WHO I AM. MY FUTURE IS. I WILL NOT LIVE IN MY PAST OR THINK JUST BECAUSE I DID THAT OR THIS HAPPENED THAT THIS IS WHO I AM. I AM A CHILD OF GOD AND I FORGIVE MYSELF. AMEN

If you believe that. Go and share things you have never shared with anyone to someone you trust. cry together and just let it go. you owe it to yourself. Then start sharing and using your story to help people.

Do not hide your true self. Don't be a closed book in this world. Be open and talk about things for that is how you truly forgive yourself of your past. Remember your past that which is your testimony is your strongest sword to reach the unreached or to encourage someone is going through something you went through, next to the bible. So forgive yourself and be that light the you were meant to be for God.


words from Apostle Paul:

"But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus" - Philippians 3:14

If the Apostle Paul- who had persecuted the church and been personally responsible for the deaths of many believers - could forgive himself, If he could forgive himself and press forward for Christ. Then I believe strongly that you can to. I hope you got something out of this blog.
